What's the picture?
Just saw this over at Time Immortal. The "this" aforementioned is a photograph Ken took of some berries. In winter. In Canada. Those berries got some pluck, that's for sure.
We don't get red berries like that once winter sets in in SC, which it will in about a month and a half. Today (ha ha ha) was sunny and warm enough for me, just about 65 degrees F.
Anyway, the only time I saw berries in the winter of that color it was in Massachusetts. I was walking back from the school bus stop and it had iced the night before. Not just icy rain, but ice coming down in sheets. The trees were frozen under a quarter inch of see-through ice. It looked like Jack Frost had dipped the world in a popsicle maker. Very beautiful.
After I skidded past the house with the mean dog, I noticed a berry bush. Little red berries sparkling under a coating of ice. Very pretty. So there is our pretty thought for today.

Hey! You got your side bar to move back up to the top, excellent. I just noticed that. I'd made a copy of your page on my computer to see if I could solve it by putting in a couple minutes here and there, but hadn't gotten very far. I'd like to know what you did if you can remember.

I didn't do anything. Thanks for the attempt to fix it, I really appreciate that and had no idea you were up to it! One day it was back up there, and the next it was down there again. Then it was up, and while it was up, I switched to Beta Blogger, and it has stayed in that position. Happy Thanksgiving Sean!
